Executive Management and Leadership is run in collaboration with the Chartered Management Institute (CMI), London Established for over 50 years ago and has about 70,000 members (managers). CMI owns the authorization of the property that prominent professional organization in management to issue credits (points) for training. This management program is a continuation of the "Professional Management and Leadership," and is internationally oriented and has unique characteristics. The program is very flexible and has a strong practical foundation. You work continuously with a chosen (own) company where you create suggestions for improvement. You write reports with support from the literature that you are examined on.
Briefly stating we start from the practices of the selected company and seek support in the literature of business situations and practices. Then you give suggestions for improvements and changes to the business.
The program provides a multi-dimensional approach in management development. You will receive theoretical knowledge, the company has concrete recommendations for action, and that you are work with consultative element. Overall, the program gives high yields for both you and the company.
